An accelerated holiday-based digital training program under the One Million Rwandan Coders initiative, giving youth the opportunity to learn, code, and grow during school breaks—close to home.
Smart Ibiruhuko 2025 (SI25) is a national digital skills training initiative that runs during school holidays. It is part of the One Million Rwandan Coders (1MRC) program led by the Ministry of ICT and Innovation.
